Employees like

They are a wonderful company. The management really cares about making everyone comfortable and feeling safe. They offer great benefits. The management team takes time to do one on ones with each team member and push us to do better. I am so happy i found this company and want to make a career out of it all because they maken you feel like you belong.
I have been able to give my opinions freely in a group setting and feel respected. There have been so many instances of collaboration and innovations.

Employees don't like

Overall management structure and company direction
Advancement opportunities are rare. I've been shuffled around positions a lot due to lay-offs, outsourcing, and restructuring. Pay is low.
They have no respect for their employees in customer support. They need to work on integrating CS into the other departments.
Training program not realistic and doesn’t fully prepare.
The work environment can get a little hectic sometimes because their company is still new and growing.

Suggestions for improvement

Get better team managers to run the company
I think we need to better address the issue of work-life balance so that people aren't overly stressed out. Stress effects long term productivity.

Some people dont want ro work as a team and can walk off and complain about a certain person and get their job back
Treat the members of customer service as valuable team members, without customer there is no company.
