Support from management
They have poor communication with us.
We are all out for ourselves.
Office / Work Environment
It sucks. They are so behind in tech. For example, they still use when I work for scheduling over 150 people, on the same day. As a result, hardly anyone gets to work at all!!
Suggestions for improvement
- No scheduling and no pay cuts. Better communication
What I like about the company
It has so much potential to make it better for everyone by simply getting rid of When I work, have no scheduling at all (like Lyft and Uber)... We have an app that we use, just sign in on that. Bring back the flexibility that we used to have.
