Executive Bullying abounds. Destructive behavior. Employment “rules” change to suit whims to wrongfully terminate employees who met yesterday’s rule but not the ones changed in real time. Toothless HR cowers to executive will. Not one-off instances.
Workers get the job done for customers in spite of executives
Freedom to work independently
Until an executive decides she/he doesn’t like you.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Overall compensation for your work
Seems good until one factors the hours, stress and complete disregard for people.
Office / Work Environment
The people making the big money destroy middle and first level managers then fire them at will.
One can never do enough.
Serially changing company names isn’t just to rebrand.
For executives... sure. For those contributing to the betterment of the company - not so much.
Single level facility with reasonable access
Good products that add value to customers
Inclusive / Diverse
Relative to Cultural and gender -yes
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the executives - every one of them. Fire the board for allowing them to abuse the organization .
What I like about the company
Everyone who was a non executive. THEY are the good people doing what’s right for the ungrateful. I feel bad for those who need a job, worked there through multiple company name changes , survived the egos and think they are valued.
What I dislike about the company
Pompous, excessively overcompensated, demeaning executives. Financially successful by buying companies, damaging the people and spinning the businesses off. Repeat, change company name....never worked in such an abusive , egotistical environment.
