Suggestions for improvement
- Before you lay-off workers, you should review the quality and quantity of work from each employees in the department, as well as their attendance. I was terminated unfairly! My colleague who was on probation, did half the work I did, arrives late everyday and called out on Monday's & Fridays still had a job. A few months after my termination, my manager apologised to me and told me "you really don't know how valuable some one is until they're gone, I didn't realize the amount of work you did"
What I like about the company
The work environment, employee training, and the benefit they provided. They are a good company to work for.
