The Manager is the single point of contact and did not follow the code of conduct set forth by the company.
Support from Management
The supervisor did not communicate well to the staff. Threats and insults were the prime motivator.
Level of Autonomy
It was typical to overwork productive employees while underutilizing team members that did not posess a self starter mentality.
The manager did not consider it our business to know about corporate business.
