If you were not a brown noser you were given the worse jobs to do and no space to do them
Attitude towards older colleagues
When you would ask for help they would give you attitude and send you to someone else
There was no moving up in the company you will always be bottom of the barrel
Overall compensation for your work
The pay was horrible no benefits and no matter if you took a 30 min lunch or no lunch at all you were charged an hour
They paint this image that they care for their employees and loyal but when you needed time off or an emergency came up they would threaten your job if you didn't come in.
Again if you were part of the click you were in, if you weren't everyday could be your last.
No they did not have easy accessibility to the shop, it was surrounded my rocks and dirt so when the rain came it was impossible to get in.
Everything they did was unsafe and they had no MSDS for none of the chemicals there. The oil change pit was covered in oil and pet feces since they allowed animals to roam freely.
