Suggestions for improvement
- I believe the best suggestion for employment purposes, would be a dedicated office manager independent of management. Allow that person to function as HR and deal with hiring and firing. Place the manager as a liaison between management and employees. The added job security would make employment here more stable and give clarity and respect to the employees.
What I like about the company
I liked the ability to help a largely Hispanic client base. Helping people with their legal cases is rewarding.
What I dislike about the company
I did not like how clients are treated internally. Priorities are given to people management like, even if the cases are weak. Profit is the drive and less than ethical representation is the result. I also disliked the lack of job security. Hiring and firing was done on the whim of management without proper explanation. Expectations were poorly communicated.
