The leadership team has tried to make the culture more open and fair for everyone. They have committed to deversity training.
Support from Management
During my tenure there, Dir. Was fired for embezzlement. My manager was a micromanager. However, dept. is under new and better leadership.
Teamwork was a big part of what we did to get the job done.
Level of Autonomy
Before the new management, assignments were unfairly distributed, however, the new management team was working to make the workload fair for everyone, although, some people have more work then others.
