This is only as good as the weakest part of the management team. Inexperience is one thing...tilting the sales balance by taking calls for a specific few is something entirely different...

There was always at least one manager upfront intercepting sales calls and turning them over to one sales individual while several salespeople tried to get the same call ( This severely impacted others paychecks).
