They constantly changed the commission structure. The changes benefited ownership not sales
Suggestions for improvement
- Mean what you say when " we have the best people in sales" treat them ALL equal. Hire managers that actually understand the fenestration business, not ones that come from other "good companies" , sales people will look up to their managers that come from the same business as they did.

What I dislike about the company
Management plying favorites, acting like no one notices, but everyone did. Lots of salespeople given leads because of favoritism, then management praising how great they are. It happened so often that other salespeople just thought it was a big joke.
