Overall compensation for your work
While the parent company is way ahead providing benefits, they are way behind the curve in compensation. They are trying to make up for the lag by hiring new talent at more competitive rates, but have been unable to do the same for older employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- 1. Improve systems. 2. Improve pay for rank and file employees. They are face of the company that brings the repeat business.
