Suggestions for improvement

  • Nothing will improve the corporate culture without a total change in upper management.

What I dislike about the company

Gwinnett Technical College has no leadership. I'm not sure the executive team even knows how to spell the word. Everyone is treated like a minion. There is no communication. Unless you echo the obviously wonderful thoughts of the management, your thoughts are not needed. Executive management writes and believes their own press and drinks each others kool aid. Unless you want to be treated like garbage, don't even consider working here.
