Suggestions for improvement
- I would like for there to be an increase in pay.
They are lost, they treat employees like a number. No advancement at all there. The manager is the biggest problem they don't appreciate us at all. They just have meetings all the time and it not doing anything for employees.
The work isnt spread enough to give employees enough hours to survive.
Communication is terrible with upper management they tell us what we want to hear. You can't believe what they say. They had very important people quit the company.
