Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest better raise periods.
Great leadership, top-notch. They help you grow 100%.
Some not so great employees, but all around a good team environment.
Not at all able to assess whether or not moving up is an option.
After top-pay, there is nowhere to go. Dead-end job.
They can easily replace you, and you can tell they know that.
