Support from Management
There was no support from leadership. Leadership did not back up employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the upper management who doesnt support lower management and employees
I like about the employer
Flexible work hours (sometimes!)
I dislike about the employer
H & R Block does not care about their employees. I worked there for over 9 years and not once did i feel like Block cared about me or my issues or concerns.
