I love the flexibility that H2Insight gives me with my schedule. I love being able to work from home.
What I like
The company gives quarterly bonuses for exceeding your job standards. They have a yearly employee and family recognition day. The company is there to help you succeed not only in your job but in your life. We have a company chaplain that is there for us 24/7. The company has good Christian values.
What I dislike
My only complaint would be that for those of us who have been there a long time should get more raises. There is a lot of turn over in the customer service business and for those that have been there for more than. 4 years should get more frequent raises for a job well done.
Suggestions for improvement
Better management is certain areas. Certain areas need better guidance from their management team.
