What I like

Setting my own hours and being able to help customers.

What I dislike

The company in a whole is good. Just being able to work with sickly employees when you hired them on knowing they were sickly.

Suggestions for improvement

Work better with sick employees or employees that go to the docs a lot.

What I like

I love that h2insight allows you to make your own schedule.

What I dislike

They are not flexible if something happens and you need to call out even in advance and with doctors notes etc. They will write you up no matter what the reason is.

Suggestions for improvement

Be more understanding especially with those who have disabled children and children who have extra needs. The employees in the office need to be more on the same page when it comes to grading employee survey errors.

What I like

The company gives quarterly bonuses for exceeding your job standards. They have a yearly employee and family recognition day. The company is there to help you succeed not only in your job but in your life. We have a company chaplain that is there for us 24/7. The company has good Christian values.

What I dislike

My only complaint would be that for those of us who have been there a long time should get more raises. There is a lot of turn over in the customer service business and for those that have been there for more than. 4 years should get more frequent raises for a job well done.

Suggestions for improvement

Better management is certain areas. Certain areas need better guidance from their management team.
