Everything is needed by yesterday. Everything has high priority. People must deliver 20 things at a time because management request.
Support from Management
There is no truly leadership in this company. This is the old school style where the boss shouts at the employees to do what he wants to be done.
Everybody work in silos, since there is no leadership there is no team .
Level of Autonomy
There is no structure to measure if the workload is fair. No metrics in place.
