New super, jumped Into a new role,VP of production dumped a lot on him at one time. He managed it. Nice guy.
No schooling/training as promised
Suggestions for improvement
- Stay true to promises made. Young, junior engineers do not know everything. Don't let the wall seperating hourly/salery effect communication. Upper management, speak more directly with your workers.

I was free to work from my own ideas and prove/disprove functionality
