Suggestions for improvement
- Stop treating employees as commodities
- Discontinue micromanagement
Danaher has a list of core values. The last item on the list is "We Compete for Shareholders" In order of importance to management, this should be first on the list with the remaining items far behind.
Leadership is non-existent. Top executives and managers know little about customer base. Can't lead because they don't know where to go. Make major decisions with erroneous data.
