Fairness and trust has been significantly undermined by many managers.
Support from Management
Managers do not receive adequate training to lead with positive or productive feedback.
The only area where there is distinct inequality is in upper management, where there are no women.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Very weak in this area. Older employees are encouraged to leave or are let go.
