Company Culture

The environment is very laid back. Little sense of urgency. Not everyone is commended fairly. This goes back to the favoritism.

Support from management

There is a lot of favoritism and it is obvious to everyone. Decisions are sometimes made based on one persons opinion/suggestion. Usually the decision benefits the person making the suggestion only and not the overall company or its customers. Decisions are not always clear.
