Suggestions for improvement
- Respect your employees. Stop having so many briefings for their own sake. Learn to "walk the walk" with respect to technology.
I like about the employer
There are some very good people providing direct support to customers.
I dislike about the employer
Management goes to great lengths to spin the company culture as open, innovative, and fun. In reality, this company has a military culture with endless briefings, questionably useful metrics, and superiors who "dress down" their employees as opposed to leading or developing people. If you are former military, you might be comfortable here. If you are interested in technology and innovation, you will probably be happier elsewhere.
