Suggestions for improvement
- Employee perks need to go back to the way they were. The arrogant attitude of upper management needs to change.
I like about the employer
Flexible hours and vacation.
I dislike about the employer
No leadership. Upper management has no clue what they are doing. There is a very high turn over rate. Employees are constantly getting hired, fired and quitting. It USED TO BE the best job ever, like a family. When the new location opened up and new hires came in it all went south
