Suggestions for improvement
- Build the group to build the tools. The people are the only path to success
Direct leadership under talent acquisition did not show strong team leadership, however, the management / leadership team outside talent acquisition was excellent at being supportive and encouraged their employees to strive to be their very best. The encouraged them to try to promote. Excellent communication within the management and staff.
You're a number, nothing else.
No training, have to ask repeatedly to get trained on equipment.
No amount of money is worth losing the amount of time you will lose away from your family.
They are a Fracking company, they have no respect for the environment.
There is no work life ballance. You work 12 or 14 days straight pushing 12 to 15 hour days.
