You never got communication about what was going on it was always through gossip that you would find out.
you brought your work home. always had a lap top or phone available in case something was needed.
Suggestions for improvement
- It wouldn't help they do not listen!

Upper management did not have a clue on what people did, so you had people working very hard while others did very little each day and was more interested on what was on their phone.
