Suggestions for improvement
- Pay your people better for the work they do. The competency system is great in theory but when the leadership refuses to rate them it does nothing to help retain talent.
I like about the employer
This was my first job out of school. I learned a ton at Halliburton, and had the opportunity to travel a lot and escape from the rest of the world. If you're a highly motivated and hands on person and push hard to learn and get opportunities you will. There's a lot of cool heavy equipment involved and if you like to creatively problem solve, you'll never stop.
