Suggestions for improvement
- Working shifts must be of reasonable length. Leadership must be present and visible to the rank and file. Human relations should have experience working in a construction setting. Actions should always follow the identification of deficiencies.
I like about the employer
I liked working in a team environment and the challenges of working in the oilfield.
I dislike about the employer
Unrealistic and unsafe expectations for work hours. One part of the employees were very safety oriented and another part did not put any importance to safety. Made it a stressful work environment.
