Leadership never established clear goals for the organization which left each level of the organization without a clear direction. This set the tone for the remainder of the scores to follow...Wonderful cause driven organization with an empowering leader.
Many times the team was not on the same page.
Suggestions for improvement
- Like any good business, including the Y, the Board and its Leadership must be in sync and then be able to cascade the goals to the rest of the team. There is a vehicle in place for the company to be a quality employer - they just need to find the right person to manage it.
