The company itself is a great brand. The management that runs it however is less then Spectacular. Communication, is a commodity and when it all comes down, if you hold a position then you receive no training for said position. The owner of the locale seems to only care about money and how much he can make. The original staff that worked there was a joy to work with, when the general manager moved up in position with Hilton the whole system came crashing down. The housekeepers which are the bone of the company are underpaid and whenever new housekeepers are hired they are not properly trained.
All in all the company Hampton by Hilton is a fabulous brand to work for. Assuming you work for the corporate side and not the franchise side. There are no perks, there are no benefits. The only good thing that was good about it was the people that worked there.
