Suggestions for improvement
- Allow more flexible hours for defined jobs at the store. There was never enough employees available during busy periods which included cutting fabric, answering customer questions, answering phones, cash register duty. Bringing stock to floor should be done after or before hours.
I like about the employer
I liked the items available for purchase at the stores.
I dislike about the employer
There was little to no training for new employees, very little communication with management with short and long term goals.
