I was assaulted by a physics teacher, and had battery committed on me a number of times.
Support from management
There was some support from one of the 10 foreign teachers, but mostly everyone just played along. The money was good.
Freedom to work independently
I pretty much taught as I thought was expected. I gave good grades, though some didn't deserve to pass.
I caught all the blame, so though the assault and battery continued, I had to shut up.
Attitude towards older colleagues

Some among the foreign teachers, though they mostly stood off to avoid management trouble.
I worked my tail to the bone. Took Saturday's off, though I really needed to work and sometimes did.

Some what challenging, though students are mainly interested in exam prep as apposed to learning things.
Inclusive / Diverse
Yes. diversity could explain some of it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Obviously they need to fire some people, but that would mean admitting a problem, so it won't happen, unless it's a foreign teach, which it is not.
What I like about the company
Well, they do have a good program for student development, and they push students to do outside activities as well.
What I dislike about the company
