The company has a culture of quality in both service to its customer and product.
Support from management
The communication is fair but does not trickle down to the front line well. Unfortunately it may be because they often have poor reactions to changes.
In my store the teamwork was amazing.
Freedom to work independently
We are trusted and expected to be able to work independently and supported for it.
The communication is terrible within the organization as they lead us to believe it's on a need to know basis. If they were more forth coming and looped us in more often...we could be more effective for them.
They are truly better than most and want us to have balance.
