Support from management
Tight but realistic timelines
You have access to the resources and others, but you do take the lead and as such, the team is literally your support when you having difficulty. They are there, when you need them.
Freedom to work independently
Keep the client happy; keep the terms of the contract and you will never hear from them other than the occasional check up to see if you need anything. If you have it together they will leave you alone as long as you want them to.
You call they come, you need help, they'll assist.
Attitude towards older colleagues
As long as you can get in and out of meetings on your own power, you’re good with these guys. As long as you don’t have Alzheimer’s they seem to be fine and like guys who have experience.
More certificates you have, the more recognizable projects under your belt, the more they build you up.
Overall compensation for your work
Seems like there’s always room to make a little more, but they're ok.
Office / Work Environment
They provide the spot in the equipment, you create the environment.
We tend to pressure ourselves. They sometimes
have a life, once you have yourself.
They present themselves very professionally.
Not the easiest guys get on board with. Lots of competition.
They don't want you hurt.
Dealing with clients is always challenge enough, they try not to add that.
Inclusive / Diverse
Thank you in anything the company has to offer, I don't care about your ethnicity or background just your presentation & performance.
What I like about the company
