Suggestions for improvement
- Go back to the free lunches when the sales target was achieved. Get rid of the bonus program, which contrary to what was publicly stated, was really an encouragement to screw everyone else in order to get your own bonus.
I like about the employer
They were family run for a long time, and that was good. They had a good culture.
I dislike about the employer
When they sold out to an investment company, things changed. The bottom line became the dollar, and the sense of family was gone.
