Company Culture

The owners daughter was very helpful, the franchise owner didn't show trust at all and want fair in the slightest.

Support from management

The owners daughter was helpful, she trained us. The franchise owner was disrespectful and had a temper.

Teamwork

The coworkers did work together well, but you mainly worked independently

Freedom to work independently

You could typically choose which area you wanted to travel but everything was solely put on the employees and the weather played a huge factor. You could choose from a list of games but didn't have say so in the structure.

Internal Communication

There were weekly meetings, they kept us well informed

Career Development

There's no opportunity for growth

Overall compensation for your work

No!!!!!!!!!!!! He hid so much from everyone, nothing was cut dry. The responsibility way surpassed the wages. I could barely party my bills, he made the pay sound better than anyone actually got. There were no benefits at all, the pay was usually on time

Office / Work Environment

The office was in a mansion in a neighborhood, we had to use our own supplies and didn't get compensation. They supplied two work shirts and soccer balls

Environmental Friendliness

We worked outside for the most part, out was unreasonably hot daily, we were scheduled during the peak hot hours, we drove all over the county to different schools, we didn't get enough pay to compensate for the gas and wear and tear on our vehicles.

Work-Life Balance

The franchise owner expected us to work when he told us to. He wouldn't let anyone take days off. He constantly pressured everyone about everything

Company Image

Everyone who worked there hated that job. No one wanted to stay. They couldn't keep employees. The company itself is good, but the franchise owner ruined it

Job Security

No, the job was far from stable

Handicapped Accessibility

Definitely not. There's a staircase to get to the room in the mansion, the driveway was very slippery in the rain

Workplace Safety

There was no safety training at all.

Challenging Work

I got joy from seeing the kids have fun and learn, some school directors were never pleased, the franchise owner was never ever pleased

Inclusive / Diverse

The owners daughter loved hearing different ideas
