Suggestions for improvement
- More than this company would be willing to do to take care of the REAL WORKING EMPLOYEES! SUPERVISORS REALLY RUN THIS COMPANY, BUT THE MANAGERS GET ALL THE RESPECT!
- Take some suggestions from those whom actually see all the real backroom and floor action, not just what you as managers hear in the office...(the main reason after 3 years running the truck crew I left)....I went above and beyond, did the job of a manager including opening and closing the store...(which was never in my clause of employment) Pay your supervisors as management, as I did just the same as they did on a day to day basis....don't neglect the employees who go above and beyone expectations, as I did weekly doing the managements job of making sure our forklift was fit and ready for incoming deliveries... I loved my job as a backroom warehouse supervisor...fullfilling my job every week, and making sure I did the job of a manager as well when scheduled to open/close the store in their place...never a thank you.
