Little, to no, training.
Suggestions for improvement
- Steady, workable schedules. Does not allow for family/work balance. Schedules change every week. Stop having multiple sales going on at the same time. It upsets/confuses customers. Get lots of complaints. Appears that company does not care about customers, "Prices are low enough that customers will still come back", and "The customers they lose does not effect the profits, so they dont care".
