Management tends to not do what they say. They cause more conflict than they resolve it
Teamwork all that is is sabotage and backstabbing. Supervisors and managers do it too so it's everywhere
Attitude towards older colleagues
No one seems to be respected. If the physicians do not respect the staff how can respect be expected? High turn over at this company. Happy employees don't leave. Only older staff stay because they know they are retiring soon do jumping ship seems ridiculous.
