Intuitive leadership means you are continually guessing as to directon, and then receive abusive
criticism when not on target.

Health insurance is inadequate. Salaries are paid on time. Medium level salary. Senior leadership makes a whole lot more than other employees.
Image is very important, because people are everything.
Never really felt job security.
Safety is good
Yes, I was proud of accomplishments. Had the tools necessary to do a good job.
Suggestions for improvement
- They need an executive pastor over staffing. They are trying to run the church like a business by men who have no business skills.
What I like about the company
Good staff, welcoming to people, good at making a guest feel welcome.
What I dislike about the company
Independant church with an elder board with limited influence in decision making- which means the senior pastor has too much power. Senior leadership (3 men) make all the decisions. They will let people go without warning or sufficient documentation. You are of value if you serve a purpose, and when not, you are released.
