"Welcome to Harbortouch" was a normal saying when something went wrong. This was something heard daily. Feedback for improvement was not given until something went wrong.

Leadership was reactive, not proactive. When there was anticipation of a problem, there wasn't a game plan.
You had to be out for yourself. If not, you couldn't succeed at all.
Meetings were required during off time for most of my stay. These meetings were often non productive and most of the time canceled after employees arrived for them.
