Suggestions for improvement
- Management at all levels should strive to live up to the values and slogans they stress for other workers. Frequently, the prevailing attitude from management is "do as I say, not as I do."
What I like about the company
Comfortable work environment. Incentives beyond normal compensation offered for attendance goals. Company provided uniforms. Merchandise discounts. Some managers show genuine concern for employees.
What I dislike about the company
Inconsistent management decisions often leave employees confused and frustrated. Many plans are announced and then either discarded or simply ignored, frequently without explanation. Top management is out of touch with workers at lower levels and discourages feedback about workplace concerns.
