More concerned about sales than staff
Lots of backstabbing. Two-faced interactions
Level of Autonomy
Higher managers can't be bothered to come in and work
Call in orders and crew call outs were not communicated regularly
Attitude towards older colleagues
I feel they treat every one in a similar manner. They did have issues with a crew member that had take scheduled breaks for insulin though.
