Suggestions for improvement
- Senior leaders should deploy lean six sigma programs for process improvement. Prior to the merger Harland had a good lean program and Clarke had a good high performance team culture. After the merger both were abandoned to the detriment if customers and employees. Senior leader bonus structure is based strictly on ebitda. No customer or employee metrics.
