Suggestions for improvement
- Control internal expenditures starting in January instead of waiting until October to freeze hiring, travel, etc.. Eliminate Sales annual party.
What I like about the company
There are some really good people to work with day to day.
What I dislike about the company
Checks are a declining business. So that work segment will be almost extinct at some point in my lifetime. There are very limited opportunities to have a progressing career. The allocation of compensation and finances is sketchy at best. Spending a lot in certain areas but not making bonus goals. No guarantee of cost of living increases. Subject to change at last minute.
