Suggestions for improvement

  • I would make all of HR to be ONE, one team all around.

What I like about the company

When I was ill and not able to work the company worked with me and understood what I was going through. My team is very understanding and we are always able to cover for each other if needed. All around great people work at HC.

What I dislike about the company

The rates at the cafeteria are expensive, I do not like the fact that so much paper is waisted to much printing. I feel like I kill a forest daily. Wishing there was more cross training. To much separation between groups. HR is not HR it’s a cross between HR and something else I don’t even know what to call it.

Workplace Safety

Yes

Suggestions for improvement

  • Control internal expenditures starting in January instead of waiting until October to freeze hiring, travel, etc.. Eliminate Sales annual party.

What I like about the company

There are some really good people to work with day to day.

What I dislike about the company

Checks are a declining business. So that work segment will be almost extinct at some point in my lifetime. There are very limited opportunities to have a progressing career. The allocation of compensation and finances is sketchy at best. Spending a lot in certain areas but not making bonus goals. No guarantee of cost of living increases. Subject to change at last minute.
