Support from Management
Leadership issues. Talk a good game, but employees and temp workers not valued. Expect 10-hour - plus work days.
No cohesive team. No one truly trusts anyone else.
Level of Autonomy
Experience not valued.
Professional development is a "check the box" item rather than being truly inspiring to workers. As a temp, professional development didn't apply, but I witnessed several employees who were disappointed with this.
Those who voice differing opinions than upper management are not likely to advance.
