Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to understand the inner workings of the organization in order to make sound business decisions. Put people first and you will be amazed by what happens. You created the culture and you can change it.
What I like about the company
Flex schedule allows for work schedule adjustments when needed. Great for families.
What I dislike about the company
Management and culture of the corporation is dog eat dog. If management does not view you as having leadership potential you are black listed. Once you are slotted, you are 'allowed' to keep your job as long as you are exceeding your expectations. Performance reviews are pre-determined and because of the increased costs of healthcare you will experience a net loss of disposable income year to year. Management decisions are historically unrealistic but don't tell them that! It puts you on the short list......if you know what I mean.
