Support from management
Leadership is not very supportive at all times. If they like you they will help you succeeed. If they dont they will just let you burn out. Not all members of management are capable of being in their roles. They are not willing to let anyone move up. They have double standards when it comes to potential.
Not everyone will service your accounts as they should.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire supervisors that know what they are doing. Stick to the rules, dont make exceptions for anyone. More discipline.
What I like about the company
Management is very flexible
What I dislike about the company
They dont take advantage of talent and give undeserving people. Lazy people can still succeed, management isnt involved enough to notice poor work ethic.
