Support from management
The managers were awful and would usually make other employees feel bad.
The CEO would only like and promote former field hockey players
The managers would often stay until 7 pm (and they would usually spend a lot of their time on other websites) and would make you feel bad about leaving at 5, even if all your work was completed for the day
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire different people to be in charge, people who care about the company and want to see their employees and the merchandise to succeed.
What I like about the company
Nothing - honestly.
What I dislike about the company
The people in charge were horrible and would make you feel bad about yourself often. They would say 'only a certain type of person can work here' but in reality, only their type of person could work there and would often make fun of the people working for them. There was absolutely no help for the people working in the field and I can only imagine it was hard for them to make sales without any help from the office. Their products were not good quality and they would be cheap out spending money on quality products to give to their customers. The upper management would often stay at work until 7 pm, and they would be on other websites throughout the day, and would make you feel bad about leaving right at 5 pm even if you had all your work finished for the day. Some wanted to have a fun work environment, but that would be hard to achieve when the people in charge seemed like they hated their life.
