Suggestions for improvement
- Get good qualified leadership who communicate well with the employees and is fair with all. Leadership that can problem solve an issue whether internally or externally and at least give a 3 day paid bereavement for immediate family, Hart doesn't give that and that makes the company Heartless.
- Get rid of the dead weight employees that don't want to do the job so its loading down another employee that has to do it.
- Make employees proud to work for Hart so you have less call offs and the workload don't have to be put on someone else that's already stressed out and management needs listen to employees and not think of everything as complaining when they don't know the situation also make yourself available, to many times when issues came up management was no where to be found.
